Hello! I’m a trans and nonbinary farmer, activist, and Licensed Master Social Worker practicing trauma-informed, decolonial, and agriculturally-informed care. I approach therapy as a collaborative, non-hierarchical space where we can explore together what healing and resilience look like—both individually and collectively.

I’m passionate about working with queer, trans, and gender-expansive folks, neurodivergent folks, as well as people navigating anxiety, depression, cultural trauma, and life transitions. I also support clients who are exploring their relationship with food, the body, or patterns of disordered eating, as well as those seeking kink and poly-affirming relationship support.

I was born and raised in Baltimore, and prior to becoming a therapist, I spent over a decade as a farmer in eastern Massachusetts and southern New Hampshire. My time in agriculture taught me so much about growth, community, and transformation—lessons I carry into my clinical work today. I believe that healing happens in relationship: with ourselves, with each other, and with the land. Therapy, like farming, is about working together with care, presence, and intention.

My practice is relational and abolitionist, and I draw from a range of approaches—including interventions informed by narrative therapy, psychodynamic and attachment theory, CBT, DBT, and ACT—depending on what resonates most with each client.

I provide virtual and in-person therapy for adolescents and adults, as well as walk-and-talk outdoor therapy in natural spaces in and around Baltimore.

If you feel I might be a good fit for the therapy you're seeking, feel free to request a free consultation appointment on the Contact Us page. I look forward to meeting you!
