Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

Our intensive outpatient program will serve adults (ages 18+) in-person at our office in Baltimore, MD, launching in fall 2026.

We provide compassionate person-centered mental health support to help you increase capacity to be in the driver's seat of your life.

When you need more support than weekly individual therapy, an IOP can allow you to continue your regular daily activities while learning skills to feel more capable and healing from challenging life experiences that are holding you back.

We believe that you deserve a place to heal as your whole self, with people who celebrate and value your whole self.

Although diagnoses and clinical categories can be helpful to inform treatment, we see you as a person first, and we work with you to design a treatment plan that will support your needs and healing.
