*** MARY IS ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS BOTH VIRTUALLY AND IN-PERSON, AVAILABLE FOR CONSULTS NOW AND THERAPY THE WEEK OF JULY 20TH.

Hello! I’m Mary. I operate with a trauma-informed lens and have experience working with clients of diverse cultural backgrounds, gender identities, sexual orientations, and socioeconomic statuses. Together, clients and I have navigated major life transitions, career dissatisfaction, substance use, grief, relationships, anxiety, depression, and more. I see individuals and have experience with children, adolescents, and adults. While my main approaches to treatment are Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy, I am flexible and willing to adapt to meet the needs of my clients if we find that a certain approach is not working.

As a Middle Eastern child of immigrants, I understand that therapy needs to be a space where not only is the client accepted as they are, but their background and culture too. I provide multicultural and intersectional care for my clients from a social justice perspective, recognizing the systemic barriers in place and finding ways to do more than just survive. I am neurodivergent and chronic illness affirming and understand how difficult it can be to survive a neurotypical and ableist society. I provide queer and kink affirming, sex positive therapy for people of all relationship structures and types.

I believe everyone is unique and deserves a safe, welcoming therapy space where they can be supported. To me, therapy is a partnership between myself and my clients where we work together to help them achieve their goals and get to where they want to be. Even though I am a therapist, I am not an expert on the lives of my clients, they are, and I am simply here to provide support where needed. I believe everyone is unique and deserves a holistic approach to therapy, so that is what I provide.

Mary provides individual therapy.
