I am a queer, transmasculine human that uses he/they pronouns. My practice is devoted to creative and collaborative work within a safe and non-threatening environment. I specialize in navigating issues that impact adolescents and young adults, such as depression, anxiety, risky or self-harming behaviors, stress, gender identity, and difficult life transitions. I have experience working in an intensive outpatient setting and now practice individual expressive therapy in a group practice setting. I am a clinically trained art therapist and counselor who uses an individualized and trauma-informed approach.
As a queer and transgender clinician, I enjoy working with transgender, non-binary, intersex, and gender-expansive identified young people, as well as LGB and pansexual folx. I specialize in neurodivergent affirming and gender affirming care, supporting those with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, gender dysphoria, OCD, ADHD, and PTSD. I utilize expressive arts to provide clients with freedom of expression and allow clients to express their creativity while embarking on their personal healing journey. Along with art therapy, I integrate skills from CBT, DBT, and ACT in my practice.

Insurance/fees: I am in network with Aetna, Carefirst BCBS, United HealthCare (UHC), and Cigna and Evernorth.
I am out of network for other insurance plans and can provide a superbill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. My session fees are $225 for intakes/couples and $200 for individual sessions.
