As a multifaceted professional hailing from Bulbancha (New Orleans), my journey is characterized by a deep commitment to fostering growth, collaboration, and meaningful connections across diverse contexts.

My approach as a therapist and "process guardian" emphasizes somatic and movement-based coping techniques, focusing on nervous system regulation and incorporating ritual and ceremony. I integrate anti-colonial perspectives on medicine, challenging traditional paradigms in mental health treatment. As a trans non-binary Black therapist, I'm committed to anti-oppressive and anti-racist frameworks, ensuring a safe and inclusive space for all clients.

Central to my practice is a profound commitment to supporting clients not just in healing or transformation, but in cultivating radical self-love and acceptance. My therapeutic approach seeks to create a compassionate container where clients can recognize their intrinsic value, celebrate their unique journey, and embrace themselves with unconditional positive regard. I work collaboratively with clients to identify, cultivate, and refine coping mechanisms that are tailored to their unique experiences, challenges, and strengths. I provide deep insight into when and how to employ these strategies effectively across different emotional and situational contexts that is both transformative and deeply respectful. I believe true wellness encompasses mind, body, spirit, and community.

Key aspects of my practice include:

- Employing ritual, ceremony, and movement for healing and nervous system regulation

- Developing personalized coping skills and providing nuanced insights on their strategic application

- Helping client groups build skills for community engagement and  social wellbeing

- Focusing on important areas of exploration such as grief, death, and sexuality

- Using insights from living systems to inspire transformative action

- Commitment to dismantling systemic barriers and promoting equity and justice

- Providing gender-affirming care and support for LGBTQ+ individuals

- Supporting clients in polyamorous and expansive relationships

While versed in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Psychedelic Assisted Therapy, my practice emphasizes bodily awareness and holistic healing. I draw from my diverse background, including roles as a community engaged researcher, anti-racism facilitator, and program coordinator for immigrant and refugee families.

Currently, I'm expanding my knowledge in land rights and data stewardship for Indigenous and displaced African Indigenous persons, recognizing the importance of preserving traditional knowledge and practices.

This holistic approach, combining professional expertise with a deep appreciation for life and interconnectedness, defines my unique perspective. I find excitement in every facet of existence and wisdom in life's simple joys—from basking in sunlight to cherishing moments of creativity with loved ones.
