We currently have an opening for 1-2 licensed therapists (LCPC, LCSW, Licensed Psychologists) or pre-licensed LGPC as a W2 employee. We are a workers-owned cooperative, with owner-level membership available to employees of 2+ years. We are looking for therapists who are interested in working with us to expand beyond therapy and create community healing experiences aligned with the Soul Soil Collective's mission. As Susan Raffo says in Liberated to the Bone, "All healing traditions evolve as part of culture." Within Soul Soil Collective, we seek to create and practice culture that evolves healing practices which support reciprocal restoration with all our relations -- plants, the microbiome, animals, ancestors -- and enable collective liberation.
