We are currently hiring fully licensed therapists (LCPC, LCSW-C, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist) for full or part-time W2 positions. Our ideal therapist will value providing trauma-informed, decolonial, ecology-informed healing services to diverse communities in the Baltimore, MD area, especially trans/gender-expansive, queer, and LGBIA adolescents, adult individuals, couples/polycules & families. We are looking for therapists interested in supervising therapists in training at the LMSW, LGPC, or psychology associate level. You would be a self-motivated clinician who would also like to collaborate with a small team. We are a workers-owned cooperative, with owner-level membership available to licensed employees of 2+ years. We offer competitive compensation hourly for services rendered, and cover administrative costs of business; benefits for full-time employees include healthcare stipend and professional development stipend for license renewal fees and CEU costs.

We are looking for therapists who are interested in working with us to expand beyond therapy and create community healing experiences aligned with the Soul Soil Collective's mission. As Susan Raffo says in Liberated to the Bone, "All healing traditions evolve as part of culture." Within Soul Soil Collective, we seek to create and practice culture that evolves healing practices which support reciprocal restoration with all our relations -- plants, the microbiome, animals, ancestors -- and enable collective liberation.
